Privacy practices reference India's DPDP Act 2023. Full data-subject request tooling (export, erasure) is in progress, not yet complete for every data type.
Audit trail on agent actions
Every automated agent action is logged with a full trail โ plan, reasoning, outcome.
No third-party certification yet
No SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar certification exists today. We'll update this page the day one is completed, not before.
AI oversight, scoped honestly
High-risk automated actions (external messages, payments) always wait for human approval. Not every AI-assisted feature on the platform has this same level of automation โ ask us which is which.
