1. Acceptance

By using CapitalSync, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services

CapitalSync provides AI-powered business automation software as a SaaS. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with 30 days notice.

3. Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 7 days of first purchase for new subscribers, processed manually via our payment gateway (Razorpay or Stripe) after you contact contact@capitalsync.net — there is not yet a self-service refund button in the product.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. We process it solely to provide our services. We do not train AI models on your confidential business data.

5. Limitation of Liability

CapitalSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the last 3 months of subscription fees paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
